Photographer Elissa Eubanks: This was pretty scary. I was walking backward shooting this photo and the current was really strong. I thought to myself, "Is this really worth it?"Doug Alexander braves waist-high water in front of his North Atlanta home to his car Monday to pick up his son from school.
