Blue jean bandits struck a high-end Virginia-Highland clothing boutique early Tuesday, making off with thousands of dollars in clothing. The smash-and-grab burglary happened just before 4 a.m. It was the second straight morning the store was burglarized. John Spink, jspink@ajc.com
